I chose Rotaract because I always felt fortunate to be in the position that I was and it's because of contributions and assistance at pivotal moments in my life that assisted in me progressing throughout life. I wanted to be able to aid others at pivotal moments of their lives so too that they are able to progress whether in a major or minor way.

I chose to Rotaract because of what it represents. To me, it represents a way of life. You people who want to give back to society and to make this world a better place. while it is that we are not able to make a huge change on our own, Rotaract provides an avenue for us to make those changes. It also provides a sense of comradery, a whole new family that will stand beside. Basically, I joined Rotaract because its the best.

I've always had a passion for service and helping others. During dental school I assisted the Rotary Club of New Kingston with various dental missions and was motivated to continue serving after seeing the impact we had on the greater community.

I think Rotaract chose me and to date it has been one of my best decisions and proudest moment. I was bored with my job and wanted to be more involved and felt I had the time and passion to be apart of something greater than myself. My aunt told me about Rotaract and said she knew someone that could take me to a meeting. As it turned out, that person was Director Sean, who was my primary school mate. I attended my first meeting and it all started there. I felt quite at home and so I continued going and I have absolutely no regret.

I mentioned to my coworker that I wanted to get involved. As a former president, he mentioned Rotaract and sold me based on the personal and professional development that the club provides.
